Pet: hopefully Howie's cuddling him and not being mean while he gets his ass reamed.
CJ: AJ is giving him hell. seriously. but he's all concerned while doing it.
Pet: yes
Pet: and KEVIN?
Pet: god
CJ: Kevin is still too fuming to speak
Pet: yeah
CJ: at least they didn't say he has a small dick :)

Pet: yes
CJ: this is why they shouldn't let nicky get drunk in public without supervision

Pet: I volunteer Joey.
CJ: yes.
CJ: then he'd have someone to whip his dick out for
Pet: Who is actually big and strong enough to haul Nicky out of places by the ear should he get unruly.

CJ: cause he's good at the manhandling thing

CJ: nick's bodyguards were not doing their job, yo

Pet: and gnashy gnashy teeth.
Pet: wherein Joey's bummed because his boys don't need him to take care of them any more
Pet: and he needs to be needed
CJ: and Joey volunteers himself, of course. cause AJ's preaching and kevin's fuming and howie's smothering and Brian's worrying about the size of his dick

CJ: yes. and he hears about this and just runs into nick at a club, maybe
Pet: yeah
Pet: and keeps an eye on him
CJ: and sticks by him, cause he sees he's not there with anyone responsible
Pet: and Nick is good
CJ: yeah
Pet: because he's scared
Pet: but it happens again, later,
CJ: cause people keep wanting to get Nick drinks
Pet: and Joey sees him getting all lit up, because people keep buying him drinks
Pet: *grin*
CJ: right
CJ: so Joey's all physically beside him, hauling on Nick's arm and nick's beyond caring, even though he's sorta brushed Joey off, earlier
Pet: yeah
CJ: and then my mind descends into Joey hauling him outside and pressing him up against the wall and ... well, we really need more plot in there before that little scenario
Pet: *giggle*
Pet: yes
Pet: possibly an amused talking to
Pet: I think fighting with joey would be like trying to punch through water. Your strikes go soft and get diverted and there's nothing you can do about it.
CJ: yeah
CJ: well, see, Joey tries to talk to him but gets nowhere, so he takes him home ...
Pet: puts him to bed on the couch
CJ: yeah. leaves him a big ol glass of water
Pet: and advil
CJ: oh yeah. cause he's gonna be hurting.
Pet: OH yeah
CJ: and kinda groggy and lost
Pet: And he's used to having the baby over nights, so when he hears this THUMP he gets up right away
Pet: And Nick rolled himself off the couch. :-)
CJ: cause yeah, he would.
Pet: He's fallen and he can't get up!
CJ: lol!
Pet: *grin*
CJ: and joey's all panicked and races into the room and nick is pushing himself up onto his knees
Pet: yeah
CJ: and looks like hell.
CJ: poor nick
Pet: poor Nick!
Pet: so Joey makes him drink the water and sits with him
Pet: and Nick tips over onto him, and Joey just sighs, and turns on the TV
CJ: yeah ::sigh:: and he's a little worried that Nick's gonna be sick on him but he lets him anyway. cause yo, Joey's used to *baby*. puke's nothing.
Pet: yeah
CJ: and when Nick finally talks, he's like "what the fuck?"
Pet: "What am I DOING here?"
CJ: "We didn't fuck, did we?"
Pet: And Joey snorts, and shakes his head, and makes some comment about preferring to fuck conscious people
CJ: and nick doesn't say anything for a minute and then he nods his head and mumbles something that Joey can't quite hear
Pet: And JOey makes him drink more water and lets him pick the tv channel
Pet: because it's only like 5 am
Pet: and no way is he sober enough to drive
CJ: and nick complains about there being nothing on but he sips the water obediantly cause he really does feel like hell
Pet: and his head hurts and his stomach feels shitty and he doesn't want to move. At all.
CJ: Yeah. But he tells Joey he's fine cause of the whole pride thing and says Joey doesn't have to worry about him and he can deal with this cause he has before. but he doesn't really want Joey to leave.
Pet: because Joey's all warm and quiet next to him, and isn't talking loud or yelling at Nick or making him do anything but drink his water.
Pet: and Joey sends him home, eventually, with a hug and a grin.
CJ: and he isnt' really used to that, cause usually someone is yelling at him or else ignoring him or else trying to convince him to sleep with them.
Pet: and then, the next time they're out, he sees Joey again, and kind of gravitates to him.
CJ: once Nick is okay to go, yeah, Joey lets the bird fly :)
CJ: cause the guys he's out with? really kinda losers when it comes down to it.
Pet: yeah
CJ: and Joey's still all good to him
Pet: yeah
Pet: and doesn't tease him TOO much
CJ: but he still drinks too much and loses him and gets himself into trouble in the men's room.
Pet: *grin*
CJ: and there's this big guy, and he's calling Nick a tease
Pet: And Nicks' all growling at him and about to take a swing
CJ: and Joey just kinda yanks him out of there, by his collar practically, out of nowhere.
Pet: And Nick's squalling and flailing and being dragged backwards, much to the amusement of the other bar patrons.
CJ: and the first thing he says to Joey when they're out the doors and in the back alley is "i'm not a fag" which is just, like, a bad thing to say.
Pet: Because Joey rolls his eyes in exasperation and slaps his cheek lightly and tells him to snap the fuck out of it.
CJ: and nick is just, like, *shocked* by that cause it's joey
Pet: Yeah
Pet: who he always thought of as kind of a pushover
CJ: yeah. and Joey's supposed to be nice. and agree with him and indulge him. so he gets all defensive and says "well, I'm not. i wasn't teasing nobody", like that was the problem or something.
Pet: Right. And Joey just glares at him.
CJ: "What?" he said, and shakes him off but Joey still sticks right by his side. "oh ... um ... thanks" he adds in this little voice, like he hopes joey might not hear
Pet: And Joey puts those big hands on his shoulders and marches him out of the alley to the parking lot, and manhandles him into his car, and drives to Nick's house.
CJ: And it turns out nick had slipped a beer into his coat, and carelessly drinks it on the way. And is just generally stupid.
Pet: And Joey just looks at him. Doesn't say a word.
